We strive to ship all orders via USPS within 1 - 3 business days barring disruptions in the industry and around holidays.  We offer real time quotes from USPS based on your items shipping weight and distance from the fulfillment center, at times we may opt to ship with the USPS Cubic Rate which is faster in some cases and comes with insurance, should the shipping price be higher for this service it will be at our expense, not yours.  

Should the package become lost or damaged the carrier is the responsible party however we will assist you in making it right with them.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the items we sell refunds and exchanges are not typically available.  Credits towards future purchases may be available in some cases. If you believe that your situation may warrant such please contact us at baz@dirtyunicorn.fun so we can review the details. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
