Keep wick trimmed to ¼ inch. Keep wax free of any foreign debris. Never burn more than 4 hours at a time. Keep away from drafts. Discontinue use when only ½ inch of wax remains. For maximum burn time, always allow a full melt pool to form before extinguishing flame and reduce max burn time to 3 hours after half of the candle has been consumed.

We strive to ship all orders via your choice of service within 1 - 3 business days barring disruptions in the industry and around holidays.  

Should the package become lost or damaged the carrier is the responsible party however we will assist you in making it right with them.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the items we sell refunds and exchanges are not typically available.  Credits towards future purchases may be available in some cases. If you believe that your situation may warrant such please contact us at baz@dirtyunicorn.fun so we can review the details.
